Recruitment: Content production specialist
In this role, you will help our client’s brand teams find the best partner for different production needs, such as a commercial film company, photographer, illustrator, animation studio, sound studio or composer. You will be responsible for calls for tenders, tendering, production and performer contracts, assisting in the management of assets and rights and archiving of assets. In this role, you will contribute to ensuring both quality and efficiency. You will work in close cooperation with the team leader at our client’s office in Vallila.
To be successful in this position, you must have strong experience in advertising production as a producer for a commercial film production company, with at least seven years of relevant experience. You will also have experience and insight into creative production buying, pricing, tendering and contracting. Experience as a project or account manager in a production or advertising company would be an advantage.
In particular, we expect you to have experience and interest in drafting and negotiating contracts, an understanding of and interest in the opportunities offered by new technologies, and an extensive network of industry players. You will have excellent communication and presentation skills and be able to work effectively in a matrix organisation with multiple stakeholders.
