Our working culture is one of collaboration, continuous learning and empowerment and responsibility. We create added value for our customers through our versatile expertise and efficient operating methods, without forgetting community and fun.

All our experts work under the title of Product Manager, because we don’t want to hide people’s enthusiasm and potential behind titles. There is also a strong link between being active, proactive and working closely with customers. Product Managers take on new challenges with courage, and in problem situations, our 140 experts are always there to help, support and find solutions.

  • A relaxed way of working The cornerstones of our culture are equality, the richness of diversity, respect for each other, a relaxed spirit and a low-hierarchy organisation. At Aste, everyone belongs and everyone’s contribution is valued.
  • Flexible hybrid model We work in a flexible hybrid model that is client- and team-oriented and allows for different ways of working. Some need their own space, while others want to exchange ideas with colleagues in the office. Regular team meetings ensure that everyone knows each other, communication works and team spirit is maintained.
  • Benefits that maintain well-being The well-being of the people at Aste is our top priority. We offer our employees a lunch break, a telephone service and free use of our office gym. We promote well-being through sports and cultural activities. If you are injured during your free time, you are covered by accident insurance.

In addition to smaller after-parties and recreational events, we celebrate with the all Aste’s employees at least twice a year. Parties to the tune of Toto Africa, for example, have already gained a cult following among Aste’s employees.
